Terms
BYOME lets you record your own content, receive and revisit responses, organize records, create personal works, and manage your records and data. Some capabilities depend on the current version and availability for your account.
Current test service
BYOME currently offers a test experience through TestFlight and has not formally launched. Pages, features, response behavior, and world experiences may change; available capabilities and counts are shown in the current app version. You can continue to manage, export, and delete account data as described in the privacy notice. We will update these notices to reflect the service offered before formal launch.
Your content and responsibilities
Only enter content you have the right to use. Do not enter another person's sensitive information, and do not use BYOME to generate, save, or publish content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, misleading, hateful, violent, or harmful.
AI content and real-world judgment
Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not fully aligned with how you feel. You can check its sources, keep a different view, delete saved content, or choose not to use a result. For real-world decisions, rely on real-world evidence and your own judgment.
For medical, mental health, legal, financial, or urgent safety matters, rely on qualified professionals, real-world evidence, and local emergency services. BYOME responses are not a replacement for those supports.
Optional third-party processing
Some optional capabilities require third-party processing services. BYOME sends necessary data only when the capability is available and within the scope you explicitly agree to. Automatic organization may process subsequent new records after you agree once, without asking for each record. The applicable privacy notice and in-product disclosure describe the data types, purposes, processing region, retention, and deletion boundaries. You may choose not to use these capabilities. For photo understanding, choosing Save Only does not make a third-party photo-understanding request.
Use your own voice
The current personal-voice feature is only for recording and cloning your own voice. Do not clone another person's voice, impersonate someone, or use a synthetic voice for deception, misleading conduct, harassment, infringement, or unlawful activity. Report suspected misuse to support@byome.online.
Export, sharing and deletion
You can export your data and delete individual records, works, or account data. Deleting source records keeps completed Standard Creation works; deleting a work keeps its source records. Stopping music sharing or deleting the work or account disables the relevant public listening link, but cannot recall copies already downloaded, forwarded, or shared.
